What a membership is
A one-time pre-purchase of software access and account credit. Your full buy-in converts to service credit applied against your subscription at general release, and locks your founding rate.
What it is not
A Membership is not an investment. It is not equity, stock, a security, a profit share, or a loan, and it conveys no ownership of or financial return from Stahr A.I., Inc. "Founding" describes pricing and community status only.
Non-refundable, with one honest backstop
All payments are final and non-refundable, converting to service credit, except where required by law and except this: if the founding program is permanently discontinued before any product access reaches your tier, your payment is refunded in full. That backstop is the sole non-delivery remedy.
Delivery
Access arrives in stages. Current good-faith targets: the first product, Ma'at Balance, within 90 days; the remaining tier products within 120 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; delays beyond 30 days come with notice and an updated estimate. No monthly fees are charged during beta.
